I am a bilingual therapist dedicated to helping individual adults and couples navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. I provide a compassionate and supportive space for healing and growth. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and the Gottman Method for Couples, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, conflict resolution, self-esteem, and relationships. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. Let’s work together to cultivate the growth and balance you deserve.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children while exploring the adventures of the city. When we are not being adventurous, I enjoy caring and admiring my tropical plant collection of over 200 Anthuriums. I also love savoring delicious meals and discovering new favorite dishes.
I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University and my Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Northeastern Illinois University.
